2011-12: Indoor: Ran a season best of 10:15.23 in the 3,000m at the SVSU-GVSU Dual, finishing in first place...crossed the finish line at 17:40.40 at the GVSU Big Meet, another season best and good for a 17th place finish of 96...competed in the 5,000m and 3,000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, finishing in 3rd at 17:41.69  and 11th at 10:31, respectively. Outdoor: Had a successful GLIAC Outdoor Championship meet, running a season best of 18:16.38 in the 5,000m and finishing in 10th place of 29...also ran the 3,000m steeple at GLIAC's, posting an 11:06.78 time with a 2nd place finish...recorded a first place finish and her season high of 10:58.68 in the 3,000m steeple at the GVSU Last Chance Meet.

2010-11:  Cross Country: Earned a season best of 20:00 at the EMU Classic...was sixth on the team at both the GLIAC Championships and the Regional Championships recording times of 23:54.40 and 23:50.81, respectively.  Indoor: recorded a time of 10:38.83 in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU Cardinal...ran the 3,000-meter at the Indoor GLIAC Championships and earned a time of 10:37.38 which was good for 12th place...had a season best of 10:31.45 in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual.  Outdoor: ran the 3,000-meter steeple chase at the MSU Spartan Invitational and recorded a time of 11:32.28...timed in at 11:38.08 at the Northwood Open in the steeple chase...earned a season best of 11:15.81 in the 3,000-meter steeple chase at the EMU Twilight Invitational.

2009-10: Cross Country: placed nineth overall at the Northwood Invite and finished with a season best in the 5,000-meter run clocking in at 21:15...ran a season best 6,000-meter time at the Cross Country GLIAC Championships timing in at 26:24.  Indoor: participated in the 3,000-meter run at the CMU Jack Skoog Open and the GVSU Early Bird Invitational and earned times of 12:02.39 and 11:16.09, respectively...earned a season best in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open clocking in at 11:15.99 placing third overall.  Outdoor: ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MSU Spartan Invitational and the FSU Bulldog Invitational and timed in at 13:42.18 and 13:44.56...recorded a season best in the steeplechase at the Northwood Open crossing the line with a final time of 13:14.30.
