PUEBLO, Colo. - Follow Saginaw Valley State University women's track and field standout Alycia Wright as she competes at the 2012 NCAA DII National Outdoor Track and Field Championship this week in Pueblo, Colo.
Wright will compete in the 800 meter run prelims on Thursday (May 24) at 5:10 PM MDT and 1500 meter run prelims on Friday (May 25) at 6:00 PM MDT as she tries to earn a spot in the finals for both events on Saturday (May 26).

Wright holds many Saginaw Valley track and field school records, including the indoor 800 meter run and distance medley relay as well as the outdoor 800 meter and 1500 meter competitions. She was also part of the 2011 SVSU women's cross country team that qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships in for the first time in school history, finishing 13th overall in the country.
