2009-10: Indoor: participated in the pentathlon at the SVSU Holiday Classic and placed second with a point total of 2,640...pole vaulted a height of 3.35 meters at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational, good for second place...ran a season best in the 60-meter dash at the SVSU Indoor Classic clocking in at 8.36, placing third overall...earned a season best in the pole vault with a height of 3.50 meters at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open...recorded season bests in the long jump, high jump, and 800-meter run at the SVSU Holiday Classic with marks of 4.89 meters, 1.34 meters, and a time of 2:51.12...participated in the pentathlon at the Indoor GLIAC Championships and recorded season bests in the shot put and 60-meter hurdles with marks of 9.78 meters and 9.52 seconds while also placing eighth in the open pole vault with a jump of 3.30 meters.  Outdoor: participated in the long jump, pole vault, and the 100-meter dash at the FSU Bulldog Invitational and recorded marks of 4.90 meters, 3.35 meters, and a time of 13.31...earned a season best in the pole vault at the MSU Spartan Invitational with a height of 3.51 meters while also timing in at 16.04 for the 100-meter hurdles...was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that clocked in at 51.05 at the Northwood Open...recorded a season best 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.69 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships.  

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Gladwin High School...participated in volleyball, track and field, cross-country, and basketball…was a track and field captain for two years…holds the school record for pole-vault (11’4”) and the 100 meter hurdles (15.94)…earned a third place finish in the pole vault at the Division III State meet sophomore year, a seventh place finish in the pole vault at the Division II State meet junior year, and was the Division III State Champion in the polevault senior year...captain of the volleyball team for a year and also received most valuable player…was on the honor roll for four years, member of NHS for two years, and class president for two years… majoring in special education…daughter of Randy and Barb Willford…born 6-15-90.
