2009-10: Indoor: ran the 3,000-meter at the SVSU Indoor Classic and the CMU Jack Skoog Open clocking in at 11:11.91 and 11:04.73, respectively...participant in the 5,000-meter run at the SVSU Holiday Classic and the SVSU Doug Hanson Open timing in at 19:33.62 and 19:42.03...earned season bests in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs at the Indoor GLIAC Championships and the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open coming in at 10:57.41 for the 3K and 19:21.35 for the 5K.  Outdoor: ran the 5,000-meter at the MSU Spartan Invitational and the FSU Bulldog Invitational finishing at 19:24.90 and 19:32.31, respectively...earned season bests in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs at the Northwood Open and the Outdoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 18:50.22, good for third, and 38:31.89, good for eighth place.

2008-09: Cross Country: voted most improved player on the team by her teammates...finished seventh on the team at the GLIAC Cross Country 6k with a time of 24:28.  Indoor: ran season bests in the mile and the 3,000-meter runs at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational timing in at 5:37.38 and 11:14.43...earned a season best in the 5,000-meter run at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open clocking in at 19:15.55.  Outdoor: participated in the 5,000-meter run at the MSU Spartan Invitational and clocked in at 19:10.80...ran a season best in the 5,000-meter finishing with a time of 19:06.85 at the Miami Invitational.

2007-08: Finished seventh in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 20:48 at the SVSU Invite.

2006-07: Placed tenth in the SVSU Invite with a time of 20:45…finished 20th with a time of 21:57 at the Northwood Open…placed 78th at the Spartan Invite with a time of 27:28…finished 71st with a time of 20:02 at the Loyola Invitational…placed 127th at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 26:18.
