2021 ITA Midwest Regional Championships – Indianapolis

DAY 1

Freshman Andrea Teofilovic advances to the singles main draw quarterfinals on Sunday. Senior Nicole Johnson advances to the singles consolation draw quarterfinals on Sunday as well.

"We have had a really good showing on Day 1 of the ITA's this weekend," SVSU Head Coach Ryan Ruzziconi said. "Proud of the fight that Andrea, as a true freshman, has shown in her matches. Andrea had some big wins over some very good opponents. We also had victories by the doubles team of Sara Neves/Chelsea Dzenga and singles victories by Nicole Johnson and Emma Charlton. This team is growing and getting better each match!"
