Inside the Box Score

Whitney Fleming lead the way for the Cardinals with eight shots and three on goal.
Allison Sims grabbed four shots, one on goal.
• SVSU offense held strong, with their season high of 33 shots and ten on goal.

From head coach Michael O'Neill

"I could not fault the girls for effort today as they gave everything and more. To have 33 shots and not score a goal is frustrating but soccer is a cruel game and we must take more pride in finishing our chances. We did however keep 2 shutouts this weekend which is great to see and we must use that to build on as we head into another important weekend of conference play."
