UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University women's soccer program is set to compete in the quarterfinal round of the 2013 Women's Soccer GLIAC Tournament.
The Lady Cardinals travel to Houghton, Mich. to play Michigan Tech, the tournament's #2 seed in a 2:00 pm matchup.
The women's squad made the tournament as the #7 seed, going 7-8-1 overall and 5-7 in league play.
SVSU looks to improve upon its 2012 finish, when it finished runner-up in the tournament.
