BAY City, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) announced the seedings for the 2010 GLIAC Women's Soccer Championship to be held this week (Nov. 2-7).  SVSU received the fifth overall seed this year and will travel to #4 Findlay for their quarterfinal match-up.  In the other quarterfinal game, Ferris State will travel to Northern Michigan.

The Cardinals and Oilers will play at 3:00 pm on Tuesday (Nov. 2).  In their only meeting this season, SVSU fell 2-1 to Findlay in late September.

The winners of both games will advance to the semifinals which will be hosted on the campus of Grand Valley State University on Friday (Nov. 5).  The finals will be played on Sunday (Nov. 7).   The Cardinals have played in the GLIAC Championship Finals the past two years, last year tying Grand Valley, 1-1, with GVSU advancing on penalty kicks.
