CANTON, Ohio – The Saginaw Valley State University women's golf team completed a two-day event with the final round of the Walsh University Cav Classic Monday at the Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio.

The Cardinals remained in seventh place in the final round finishing with a 36-hole score of 658 (324, 334). SVSU was led by Sabrina Coffman, who finished in a tie for 17^th place with a total score of 157 (77, 80). Alexis Brzezinski was second for the Cardinals, tying for 29^th with a 163.

The event was the final tune-up for the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the Cardinals.
