BLACKLICK, Ohio -- The Cardinal Women's Golf squad finished its competition at the Ohio Dominican NC4K Classic on Tuesday, finishing in a tie for 9th place overall in the tournament.
Saginaw Valley shot rounds of 326-329, finishing tied with Lewis and four strokes behind 8th place Wayne State. Indianapolis won the event with a final score of 599, nine strokes ahead of Findlay.
Alexa Marston had the low score in both rounds for the Cards, shooting 78-77 to finish in a tie for 16th place.
Second for Saginaw Valley in a tie for 31st place was Emily Barker. She carded scores of 79-82 over the 36 holes of play. Annika Neumann tied for 51st with rounds of 83-86 while Keegan Miller was in a tie for 60th with her rounds of 87-84.
Jenna Pepper finished tied for 71st with her scores of 86-90.

SVSU will have one more tournament before the GLIAC Championships, traveling to play in the Walsh Cavalier Classic Apr. 13-14. That will be played at the Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio.
