GLIAC -- Saginaw Valley State University sophomore Women's Golf student-athlete Sabrina Coffman has been named to the 2017-18 All-GLIAC Women's Golf Second Team for her performance this season for the Lady Cardinals.

Coffman earned the second-team accolade after posting a scoring average of 76.85 for the 2017-18 campaign. She had seven top-10 finishes and three top-5 showings this season. She was the runner-up in a pair of tournaments, finishing in the No. 2 spot at the Battle at Belmont and the ODU Snowflake Open, which the Cardinals won for the program's first-ever team title. Coffman's low round was an even-par 72 at the Findlay Beall Fall Classic in the first round and she has seven of the nine best scores this year. She registered a top-5 finish at the 2018 GLIAC Women's Golf Championships as well.

Sabrina is in the mix to possibly advance as an individual to the 2018 NCAA Division II Super Regionals, which will take place at the Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids May 7-9. Selections will be announced on Monday (Apr. 30) for the tournament.
