AZUSA, Calif. -- The SVSU Track & Field teams had a few representatives compete for distance races on Thursday (Apr. 19) at the 2018 Bryan Clay Invitational. The Cards notched a pair of personal best times to begin weekend competition in California. 

Dominique Adams and Darby Meinecke each posted personal best times in the 5,00 meter run for the Cardinals. Adams registered a time of 17:41.41 while Meinecke crossed the line with a time of 18:23.49.  

Thomas Kean finished his event with a time of 15:31.41. This marks Kean's second-fastest 5K time in his collegiate career and best since the 2016 Gina Relays.
