BRADENTON, Fla. - SVSU track & field student-athlete Taylor Stepanski rounded-out the 2016 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships with a fourth place finish in the 800 meter run.

Stepanski crossed the finish line in a time of 2:07.09, just .07 seconds off her personal best mark of 2:07.02. The fourth place finish gives her another all-american honor for the year, as she claimed one during the indoor season as well in the 800.

Teammate Emerald Joiner also competed on Saturday. She placed 14th in the shot put with a distance of 14.04 meters.

The championships complete the 2016 campaign for the Cardinals, who had all-american finishes in eight events this season.
