Outdoor: ran a career-best 200m at the Northwood Open, crossing the finish line at 24.27 to take 10th...jumped 6.60m in the Long Jump event at the Al Owens Classic for a career-best and 8th place...reached a personal-best 14.43m in Triple Jump to take 3rd at the Hillsdale Classic...placed 5th in Triple Jump at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships. 

Prior to SVSU/Personal:  Prepped at Everett High School in Lansing, Mich...was a member of the track, football and basketball teams...was all-state in track and a two-time member of the Lansing State Journal Dream Team for the long jump...majoring in Criminal Justice...son of Lavinia Tarpley...born 4/14/93.
