2013-14: Indoor:  ran the 600m race at the Jack Skoog Open where he set a season-best time of 1:25.10, good for 5th place...set his career-best time of 1:54.56 in the 800m at the GVSU Tune up where he took 5th...ran the mile race in a season-best time of 4:33.19 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, finishing 17th. Outdoor:  set a season-best 400m time of 53.13 at the Bellarmine Invitational, placing him in 23rd...took 7th in the 800m race at the Northwood open with a time of 1:58.65...set a season-best 1500 time at the Northwood open where he crossed the finish line in 4:12.35 to secure 12th place...competed in the 800m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships where he finished in a time of 1:59.08.

2012-13: Indoor: set a season-best 800m run time of 1:59.76 at the SVSU Holiday Classic...placed third in the 800m run at the SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open with a time of 2:00.48...crossed the line in second place with a time of 3:35.46 in the 4x400m relay at the SVSU "The Cardinal"...ran his best 1 mile run of the season at the SVSU Indoor Classic in 4:41.39.
