2012-13: Competed in the 8k at the GLIAC Championships and crossed the line with a season-best time of 25:39.3...posted a top-twenty 8k finish with a time of 26:38.5 to help the Cardinals win the Lansing Community College Invitational...ran the 10k in the NCAA Midwest Regionals and finished with a time of 32:39...named a 2012 DII Men's Cross Country All-Academic Honoree by the USTFCCCA.

2011-12: Selected to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.
