UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University men's cross country team is now ranked third in the Midwest Region following a runner-up showing at the 2009 GLIAC Cross Country Championships.
The Cardinals follow only #2 Southern Indiana and #1 and GLIAC Champion Grand Valley State University in the region. SVSU will compete next in the NCAA Midwest Regionals, which will be held in Kenosha, Wis. on November 7.
