Outdoor: finished third with a career-best 3,000m time of 8:55.00 at the 2013 CMU - Lyle Bennett Open...set a personal record in the 10,000m run with a time of 32:11.90 at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...clocked the third fastest time at the Northwood Open with a 15:24.63 in the 5,000m run...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Indoor: set a personal record in the 5,000m run crossing the line at 15:37.90 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships...clocked a season best time of 9:10.58 in the 3,000m run at the SVSU - GVSU Dual. Outdoor: finished eighth with a personal best run of 9:09.01 in the 3.000m at the CMU Lyle Bennett Open...clocked new season bests in the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m runs with times of 4:14.55, 16:00.61 and 36:13.57 respectively in the MSU Spartan Invitational, Outdoor GLIAC Championship and Northwood Open...selected to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.
