2011-12: Cross Country: earned a 10th place finish at the CMU Invitational and clocked in at 16:15.63 for the 5K...ran a season best 25:49 8K at the LCC Invitational which was good for a seventh place finish...finished third on the team at the GLIAC Championships crossing the line at 27:06.81, good for a 39th place finish overall...came in at 33:51.90 for the 10K at the NCAA DII Midwest Regional meet which was good for a 48th place finish overall.  Indoor: competed in the mile at the SVSU Holiday Classic and timed in at 4:27.25...ran the 5,000-meter at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open and crossed the line at 15:25.00...participated in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU Indoor Classic and CMU Jack Skoog Open and came in at 8:54.11 and 8:46.32, respectively...earned a season best in the 5,000-meter run and the DMR at the GVSU Big Meet recording times of 15:07.70 and 10:25.14...timed in at a season best in the mile coming in at 4:23.16 at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual...recorded a season best in the 3,000-meter crossing the line at 8:48.04 and was a member of the 6th place DMR team that came in at 10:32.32 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships. Outdoor: notched personal best times of 2:00.33, 4:02.49 and 15:02.57 in the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m runs at the CMU Lyle Bennett Open, Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational and MSU Spartan Invitational...set the season mark in the 3,000m run at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet by crossing the line in 8:50.71.
