2009-10: Cross Country: ran a season best of 27:40 at the Cross Country GLIAC Championships. Indoor: participated in the mile and the 800-meter run at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open and timed in at 4:50.94 and 2:08.52, respectively...ran a season best in the mile at the SVSU Holiday Classic clocking in at 4:44.17...ran a time of 9:32.33 in the 3,000-meter run at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational...earned a season best in the 800-meter run and the 3,000-meter run at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open and the SVSU Indoor Classic timing in at 2:05.58 and 9:13.85.  Outdoor: earned a time of 16:00.20 in the 5,000-meter run at the FSU Bulldog Invitational...participated in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Northwood Open clocking in at 10:32.82...recorded a personal best in the 5,000-meter run at the Stan Lyons Invitational finishing with a time of 15:47.83.

2008-09: Indoor: participated in the 3,000-meter run at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge and the CMU Jack Skoog Open and recorded times of 9:36.51 and 9:36.00...earned a season best of 9:23.39 in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU Indoor Classic.  Outdoor: earned a season best in the 5,000-meter run crossing the line with a time of 17:08.91 at the Northwood Open...also earned a season best in the 1,500-meter run clocking in at 4:26.86 at the Northwood Quad meet.

2007-08: redshirted the 2007-08 season.

2006-07: Indoor: ran a season best in the 3,000-meters clocking in at 9:22.85 at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge...earned a season best in the in the mile timing in at 4:44.68 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships.  Outdoor: participated in the 5,000-meter run at the Hillsdale College Gina Relays and came in at 16:32.99...earned a season best in the 10,000-meter run at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 35:28.01.
