2009-10: Cross Country: ran a season best of 25:34 at the Cross Country GLIAC Championships, good enough for 14th place...also participated in the regional and national cross country meets and clocked in at 33:43 and 33:57, respectively.  Indoor: earned a first and second place finish in the mile at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open and the GVSU Early Bird Invitational crossing the line at 4:18.07 and 4:17.50, respectively...ran a season best in the 3,000-meter at the SVSU Holiday Classic timing in at 8:54.30...placed third in the 800-meter run with a season best of 1:55.28 and was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that timed in at 3:36.60 at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open...placed first in the mile at the SVSU Indoor Classic clocking in at a season best of 4:12.67...was a member of the distance medley relay (DMR) team that placed first at the Indoor GLIAC Championships with a new GLIAC record of 9:55.26 and also placed sixth in the mile timing in at 4:16.12...was a member of the DMR team that competed at the Indoor National Championships.  Outdoor: participated in the 800-meter run at the MSU Spartan Invitational and crossed the line at 1:55.28...ran the 1,500-meter at the Stan Lyons Invitational and clocked in at 4:09.48...earned a season best in the 1,500-meter at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 4:00.20.

2008-09: Took first place in the distance medley at the Indoor GLIAC Championships with a final time of 10:06.23, breaking the previous Ryder Arena Record, and took seventh in the mile with a time of 4:20.97…also took first in the 5,000-meter run at SVSU’s Collegiate Open with a time of 15:18.77…finished fourth place in the mile at GVSU’s Big Meet and fifth at the GVSU Invitational in the 3,000-meter run and at the Collegiate Open Classic in the mile…took third place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:16.01 and eleventh place in the 4x400-meter relay at the SVSU Holiday Classic.

2007-08: Placed seventh in the steeplechase with a time of 9:41 in the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

2006-07: Redshirted outdoor season... placed fifth in the 1,600-meter run at the Cardinal Indoor Open with a time 4:29.79... took third in the mile at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate in a time of 4:28.43... finished 11th in the 1,600 at the Jack Skoog Open (4:29.70).
