2009-10: Cross Country: ran a season best of 25:11, good enough for eighth place, at the Cross Country GLIAC Championships...was a participant in the regional and national meets as well and timed in at 32:51 at regionals and 33:01 at the nationals.  Indoor: participated in the mile and the 3,000-meter run at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational timing in at 4:38.91 and 8:50.80, respectively...ran the 800-meter at the SVSU Indoor Classic clocking in at 2:09.35 while also running a season best mile crossing the line at 4:26.00...earned a fourth place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the Division II Team Challenge finishing with a time of 15:13.68...ran season bests in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the Indoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 8:42.81 and 15:06.56.  Outdoor: ran the 5,000-meter at the FSU Bulldog Invitational crossing the line at a season best 15:24.09, good enough for fourth...at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships ran the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs timing in at 15:26.46 for the 5K and 31:19.34, good enough for fifth, for the 10K.

2008-09: Took eleventh place at MSU’s Spartan Invitational in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:30.67…placed thirteenth at the Division II Team Challenge in the 5,000-meter run, in the mile at the SVSU Collegiate Open with a time of 4:32.82 and at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 33:17.76…finished fourteenth place overall at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000-meter run as well as the 3,000-meter run.

2007-08: Took third in the 10,000-meter run (31:32.95) at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship...placed 27th at GLIAC cross country meet with a time of 25:51 and placed 39th at the regional's with a time of 33:25.

2006-07: Took second in the 5,000-meters at the Cardinal Indoor Open with a time of 15:39.53... finished third in the 3,000-meters at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open (8:57.36)... placed fifth in the 5,000-meters at the EMU Classic in a time of 15:41.26.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Freeland High School... salutatorian at Freeland... set school record in 3,200-meter relay... member of National Honor Society... majoring in Pre-Med... son of Tom and Janell Seaver... born 07-6-87.
