2010-11: Indoor: participated in the shot put (14.15meters) and weight throw competitions at the SVSU vs. GVSU dual meet and earned a season best in the weight throw with a distance of 15.28meters...tossed the weight a distance of 14.86meters at the SVSU Indoor Classic...earned a distance of 14.74meters in the shot put at the Indoor GLIAC Championships...had a season best in the shot put at the GVSU Big Meet with a toss of 14.99meters.   Outdoor: threw shot put and discus at the MSU Spartan Invitational and recorded distances of 14.23 and 41.42meters, respectively...tossed the shot a distance of 13.74meters at the Northwood Open...competed in the discus and shot put competitions at the FSU Bulldog Invitational earning season bests in both with distances of 44.94 and 14.46meters.

2009-10: Indoor: tossed the shot a distance of 13.98 meters at the Division II Team Challenge...earned a third place finish in the shot put with a distance of 14.01 meters at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational also threw the shot a distance of 14.33 meters at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open...earned a season best in the shot put with a toss of 14.86 meters, good enough for second, and participated in the weight throw recording a distance of 10.96 meters at the SVSU Indoor Classic.  Outdoor: tossed the discus a distance of 40.00 meters and participated in the javelin throw recording a distance of 36.35 meters at the MSU Spartan Invitational...threw the shot a distance of 13.96 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships...recorded a shot put throw of 14.00 meters and a discus throw of 41.30 meters at the FSU Bulldog Invitational...earned a season bests in the shot put and discus with distances of 14.92 and 43.55 meters at the Northwood Open and the Stan Lyons Invitational, earning first and second places respectively.

2008-09: Redshirted the 2008-09 season.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Whittemore-Prescott High School under head coach Jeff Erickson...participated in track and field, football and basketball 2004 through 2008...set school records in discus and shot-put...nominated as team captain junior and senior year...second team all conference in shot-put and state champion runner-up...posted a 6-3 overall record in football.
