TIFFIN, Ohio -- The SVSU Men's Golf team sits in second place, five strokes back after the first two rounds of the 2018 Kyle Ryman Memorial. There were 36 holes played on Monday (Oct. 8) to begin play.
Saginaw Valley posted scores of 292-287 and is five shots back of host Tiffin, which shot rounds of 289-285.
Jared Lyons had the low first round of 71 (-1) and followed that with a 73 to sit at even-par and tied for 6th place on day one.
Gunnar Stein is tied for 2nd overall. He posted an opening 74 before carding a four-under 68 on the second 18. He sits at two-under par overall.
Dustin Pumford sits tied for 8th place after scores of 73-72 (+1) while Alex Dice is tied for 18th after rounds of 74-76 (+6).
Brady Dice is tied for 25th place after shooting 78-74 (+8) on Monday.
