GLIAC -- Saginaw Valley State University guards Myles Belyeu and Malik Ellison have been named All-GLIAC following their performances throughout the 2019-20 season for the Cardinals. Belyeu was named All-GLIAC First Team while Ellison was named to the All-GLIAC Second Team.
Belyeu led the team and ranked second in the league with his 21.0 ppg scoring average. He ranked first in overall minutes logged and had the most made free throws as well. Myles averaged 7.3 rpg, ranking him sixth in the GLIAC, and his 82.4% free throw percentage ranked fourth in the league. This is Belyeu's second All-GLIAC honor in as many years, adding to the All-GLIAC Second Team honor he earned in 2018-19.
Ellison had the fifth-best scoring average in the league for the 2019-20 season, turning in a tally of 17.7 ppg. He ranked second in total minutes played and third with his 72 three-pointers. Malik ranked fourth with his 47 steals.
