Avery Lewis on signing on to play for SVSU...

"When I decided to go to SVSU I knew I was making the right choice because it was like I've known the guys for years, like I've been apart of the family for awhile. I knew this was the best place for me to develop and win in the classroom and on the court."

Ann Arbor Huron Head Coach Jay Shunnar...

"We are really excited and proud about Avery's commitment to Saginaw Valley. I think it is a great fit for him both on and off the court. I'm looking forward to watching Avery play in their offense with his passing and playmaking abilities."

Randy Baruth on the signing of Lewis...

"Avery is coming to us after a great high school career at Ann Arbor Huron. His versatility to play and defend multiple positions will allow him to come right in and make an impact on our program. More impressive than that is his character and how good of a kid he is- something we really value and look forward to adding to our current group."
