2013: Participated in 11 games for Saginaw Valley as a defensive back...recorded 56 tackles, 25 solo, one sack, 4.5 tackles for loss and one pass breakup during his junior campaign...tied for second on the team in both forced fumbles (1) and fumble recoveries (1) during the year...tied for fifth in the GLIAC with 42 fumble return yards, scoring one touchdown on the season...returned four kickoffs for 102 yards and one punt for 11 yards on the year...had season-highs in solo tackles (6), tackles for loss (2.5) and forced fumbles (1) against Lake Erie (Sep. 28) and returned a fumble 42 yards for a touchdown at Ferris State (Oct. 5).

2012: Competed in 11 games for the Cardinals and started 10...returned four kickoffs on the year and was third on the team with a 19.2 kickoff return average...tallied 27 total tackles, 12 solo, on the year with a season-high of six against Valdosta St. (Sep. 1) and Ferris St. (Sep. 29)...recorded two and a half tackles for loss, one forced fumble and three pass breakups during his sophomore campaign...had a season-best 30-yard return at Malone (Sep. 8). 

2011: Saw action in nine games for Saginaw Valley, starting in six...posted six punt returns for of 65 yards on the season...recorded 35 tackles overall, with a season high of eight in a win against Michigan Tech (Oct. 8)...forced one fumble and had one sack for a loss of six yards.

2010: Did not see action in 2010.    

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Muskegon Catholic Central High School under head coach Mike Holmes...led team to a state championship and a 14-0 season in 2008...was selected all-area as a defensive back...voted All-State and all-area in 2009 at defensive back and was voted team captain and MVP...also participated in basketball and track & field...majoring in criminal justice...son of Major and JoAnn Metcalf...born 11/29/91.
