SVSU Baseball to hold 2019 Banquet on Monday, May 20th

UNIVERSITY CENTER -- The Saginaw Valley State University Baseball program will hold its banquet for the 2019 season on Monday, May 20. The event will be at 6:30 p.m., with guests welcome to begin arriving at 6:00 p.m. at the Curtiss Banquet Halls on the campus of SVSU.

The event is open to any Cardinal baseball parents, friends, faculty, alumni, administrators and fans wishing to attend and will be $20. That cost includes an Italian buffet dinner main course, dessert and beverages. We are gathering to celebrate the 2019 season, in which the Cardinals participated in the GLIAC Tournament for the first time since the 2014 season, advancing all the way to the tournament's championship game. It was the first time since the 2003 season that Saginaw Valley had advanced to the title game of the league's annual postseason tournament.

After dinner, the banquet's program will begin and we hope we have a great crowd join us for this year's event!

Please RSVP to assistant coach Jason Ball at jdball@svsu.edu by Wednesday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m. if you wish to attend and help us celebrate. If you are a SVSU Baseball parent, please do not RSVP for your son and you can pay at the door.

The SVSU Baseball team's attire for the evening will be shirt and tie, with sport coat optional.
