UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University baseball team is having a difficult time getting Mother Nature to cooperate with their home opener.
SVSU's GLIAC home opener scheduled for Wednesday (March 27) against Northwood has been postponed because of inclement weather and poor field conditions.
The Cardinals will continue conference play on the road this weekend at Ohio Dominican University with a nine inning contest on Friday (March 29) followed by two, seven-inning games on Saturday (March 30).
