GREER, S.C. - The Saginaw Valley State University baseball team was unable to get their 2013 season underway this weekend due to inclement weather resulting in poor field conditions.
Saginaw Valley and Mansfield were scheduled to square off today (Feb. 24) in a double-header starting bright and early at 10:00 a.m., but this has been cancelled.
The Cardinals will be back in action when they travel to Clearwater, Fla. next weekend. SVSU's first contest is scheduled for Sunday (March 3) against Walsh at 10:00 a.m..
