Sarah's favorite spot on campus is the Ryder Center because of the variety of things to do. Not only is the Hamilton Gym in the Ryder, but you can go swimming, play basketball and run in the track.

Her favorite individual memory while competing was when she surpassed the 1,000 kill mark. Sarah's favorite team memory was eating out every Friday and Saturday and bonding with the team. Tabit's favorite road trip was competing in California for the Cardinals. It was her first time being on an airplane and in the ocean. It was an unforgettable trip!

Sarah is a criminal justice major and she plans on joining the police academy and becoming a police officer.

Outside of athletics, Tabit enjoys roller skating. She loves going to the roller rink in ther free time.

In her senior year of high school, Sarah earned the national record for the most kills in a single season. She broke four school records at E.A. Johnson High School, including one in track & field for discus.

SVSU Volleyball Head Coach Will Stanton on Sarah Tabit...

"Sarah is one of the best offensive players to ever wear the Cardinal uniform. Her competitiveness and drive to improve allowed her to play so much above her physical abilities. Her hard work every day and ability to find ways to win inspired the team to our success over the past four seasons. Sarah's offensive power and passion for the game will be missed."
