UNIVERSITY CENTER - SVSU Athletics has a busy slate of home events scheduled for this weekend, including the department's signature fundraising event in the Cardinal Cabaret Auction. The Cardinal baseball, softball, football, and men's and women's soccer programs all have events taking place on campus.  

The SVSU softball team is slated to play Wayne State on Saturday at noon in a GLIAC doubleheader. The team follows with another league twinbill on Sunday, taking-on Hillsdale at noon.

The Cardinal baseball team's doubleheaders have been pushed back a day, as SVSU will face Tiffin on Sunday in a 1:00 pm doubleheader. The teams will meet again on Monday to round-out the GLIAC series. First pitch is set for noon on Monday.

At 11:00 am on Saturday, the SVSU Football program will host its annual spring game. The Red vs White game will feature the offense against the defense and caps-off the team's spring season.

The men's soccer team will face Alma College in a Saturday contest during its spring season. First kick is set for 11:00 am at Braddock Field. The Cardinals will then host their annual Alumni match on Sunday afternoon. 

The women's soccer squad will return home from an away match at Bowling Green on Saturday to host its annual Alumni Match on Sunday as well. Their alumni event is set for an 11:00 am start as well.  

The 11th-annual Cardinal Cabaret Auction will take place Saturday evening, running from 5-9 pm. The athletic department's signature fundraising event raises funds for the Degree Completion Scholarship Fund, which allows for student-athletes who have exhausted their eligibility to have some level of scholarship aide in their pursuit of a degree. Admission for all home events on Saturday will be feature free admission. Sunday's games will return to the normal admission rates, which can be found here.
