Emily Barker - Women's Golf
SVSU senior, Emily Barker, led the Cardinals to thier second title of the season with a win at the Mike Lalaeff Invitational with a team score of 310, 12 strokes ahead of the Davenport Panthers. Barker started the day tied for seventh after a Saturday score of 83. She sealed her first title with an even-par 72 to finish at +11, a two stroke lead over the closest competitor.
The Cardinals are on the road again, Saturday (Oct. 19) and Sunday (Oct. 20), as they compete in the Davenport Panther Invitational.
