David Still - Football
SVSU football senior linebacker, David Still, has been named the Cardinal Athlete of the week, following his stellar defenisve performance in the 35-28 loss against GVSU Saturday (Oct. 12).
Still led the Cardinals defensive charge tallying a game-high 15 total tackles, three solo and 12 assisted, with 1.5 being for a loss of four yards. Still added two interceptions for SVSU with the first being returned 53-yards to set up a Cardinal touchdown. Still would make the second interception in the second quarter, returning it 15-yards before being forced out of bounds.
SVSU is on the road Saturday (Oct. 26) as they take on Lindenwood, kick-off is set for 2 p.m.
