Tom Goforth - Cross Country
Senior SVSU runner, Tom Goforth (Vassar, Mich. / Vassar HS) earns his first Cardinal Athlete of the Week honor after his impressive first place finish at the Calvin Knight Invite on Saturday.
Goforth ran a 24:53.4, earning himself the top slot in the 8k.
The SV cross country team will be back in action on Friday, Sept. 14 at the Michigan State Invitational in Lansing, Mich.
